How We Can Help
NAS and SAN storages combine RAID complexity with Linux file systems (EXT4, XFS, Btrfs). Our team has the know-how to reassemble LVM logical volumes and recover data from inaccessible iSCSI targets. We serve from small 2-bay NAS to large datacenter Storage Area Networks (SAN).
Common Symptoms
- NAS unit inaccessible on network
- Error lights on disks (Red LEDs)
- Loss of RAID volume configuration
- Failure after firmware update
- Hard drives making noise
- Extreme slowness in file transfer
- File system error (Btrfs/EXT4 error)
- Equipment restarting by itself
How It Works
Understand the recovery flow in four steps, from free diagnosis to data delivery.
1. Free Diagnosis
Bring your media for a no-cost evaluation in our lab.
2. Technical Analysis
We identify the exact failure and send the quote and list of recoverable files.
3. Secure Recovery
After approval, we start the process in a controlled environment (Clean Room).
4. Data Delivery
Your files are recorded on new media or made available via secure cloud.

NAS and Storage FAQ
My NAS is not recognized on the network. Is it a disk problem?
It could be a failure in the NAS operating system (firmware) or a failure in enough disks to bring the RAID volume offline. We recommend not forcing restarts if you hear strange noises from the disks.
Do you recover data from encrypted NAS?
Yes, provided you have the decryption key or if the encryption has vulnerabilities that our tools can exploit. In many cases, the encryption is only on the volume, and if the RAID is reconstructed, we can access the data.
