Class 100 Laboratory
How We Can Help
Virtualization brings additional complexity to data recovery. We are experts in reconstructing the host file system layer (VMFS, NTFS, ReFS) to access and recover virtual disk files (VMDK, VHDX). Even if the volume was formatted or the LUN deleted, we can map the data fragments.
Common Symptoms
- Datastore inaccessible or unmounted
- Virtual machine does not start (black screen/error)
- Corrupted .VMDK or .VHDX files
- Broken or orphan snapshot
- Accidental VM deletion
- Host file system failure (VMFS/ReFS)
- I/O error on storage
- Cluster configuration loss
How It Works
Understand the recovery flow in four steps, from free diagnosis to data delivery.
1. Free Diagnosis
Bring your media for a no-cost evaluation in our lab.
2. Technical Analysis
We identify the exact failure and send the quote and list of recoverable files.
3. Secure Recovery
After approval, we start the process in a controlled environment (Clean Room).
4. Data Delivery
Your files are recorded on new media or made available via secure cloud.

Server and VM Recovery
I accidentally deleted a Virtual Machine (VM). Can it be recovered?
Yes. When a VM is deleted, the file system only marks the space as 'free'. If there is no intense writing of new data over it, we can scan the Datastore (VMFS or NTFS) and locate the virtual disk file fragments to recover it.
Do you recover data from corrupted Snapshots?
Yes. Snapshot failures are common and can leave the VM inaccessible. Our technology allows us to manually 'merge' the snapshot chain or extract data directly from the base disk, depending on the data structure.
Do you handle Ransomware cases on servers?
Yes. We have a specialized division for Ransomware for corporate servers. We analyze the encryption and apply forensic techniques to try to recover the databases and vital files without paying ransom.
